VedArc Technologies is a collaborative community of freelancers and professionals offering services across software development, design, cloud solutions, marketing, animation, and related technology domains. We operate as a freelance collective, not currently a registered or incorporated legal entity. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

• Service Nature.

VedArc facilitates connections between clients and independent professionals from various tech and creative fields.

We function as a project management and service execution team under the guidance of experienced coordinators.

All services listed (software development, website building, cloud solutions, UI/UX, digital marketing, product design, social media management, consulting, resource collaboration, animations, video editing, etc.) are offered in good faith through vetted collaborators.

• Project Engagement.

Engagements are formalized through written agreements or digital confirmations.

Deliverables, deadlines, and payments are mutually decided upon and recorded prior to starting any project.

VedArc ensures project quality by supervising and managing contributors, but execution depends on the individual expertise of members.

• Payments and Pricing.

Payment structures are communicated clearly in proposals or agreements.

VedArc charges service-based fees which may vary depending on complexity and duration.

All transactions are processed through trusted gateways or via direct communication with the project lead.

• Intellectual Property.

Upon full payment, clients hold complete rights to the deliverables unless otherwise stated.

Any third-party assets used (e.g., stock images, fonts, tools) will adhere to their respective licenses.

• Limitations of Liability.

VedArc is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from project delays, third-party software, or client-side changes.

We strive to maintain professional standards, but as a non-incorporated entity, legal liability is limited to agreed project scopes.

• Future Incorporation.

VedArc plans to register as an official entity in the near future. Policies and terms may be updated accordingly.

• Amendments.

Terms may be modified as we grow and formalize our operations. Clients will be notified in case of significant changes.
